It might sound like its a bad idea or something that you have done before but I always feel that communicating how you feel in a sincere and respectful manner will accomplish a lot. Even if you have to do every time you see him. Eventually, I think he will realize he is being a jerk and make some improvements. Like, he won't stop until he realizes that he is doing wrong and it means something to you. As another note, its probably good to try not to get him overly angry when doing so.
