  • Sounds like you have the misfortune to live in a really fucked up place.

    Women who don't masturbate get vaginal infections. If your masturbation technique involves only external stimulation, there's no way a doctor could tell that you've been doing it. If you're not inserting anything, that can't be the cause of the infection.

    You say you only notice the liquid after you masturbate, but if you have a vaginal infection, it's likely you'll also see it on your underclothes.

        Your vagina needs to be kept moist at all times, so there's a constant, slow flow of vaginal secretions. Those secretions increase during masturbation. As far as your body is concerned, masturbation is sex, and you need vaginal lubrication during sex to avoid friction.

        So, when you masturbate, the flow of vaginal secretions increase and the results of the infection are more obvious.
