I find them really disgusting and I hate that we spend all our money for health care for them.

    What are you talking about? I haven't been to the hospital or been on any sort of meds (excluding my inhaler which I pay for) more than ten years. I don't do stupid shit that gets me sent to the hospital, and if I get sick I take care of it at home. I should hate YOU for not taking care of yourself like I do.

        Just my sarcasm. Neither bothers me...unless you have to see them named, cause a lot of rolls vs someone who looks like an Auschwitz victim are about equal naked in my book.

    I don't "like" them, but I certainly don't hate them. I think you're going a bit far.
    In addition, you're assuming 'all' of them rely on government assistance, albeit many do (obesity is correlated to socioeconomic status).

    P.S. I think people with down syndrome are ugly.
