  • That is not a ridiculous amount of weight to put on. Start exercising some. That will make you feel better about yourself. Also, when your friends ask how you are, and what you've been doing, you can tell them about your exercise! That way IF they even think about your weight, they will know you're working on it. I'm sure you look fine though. I'm also sure that they have something they are self-conscious about!
