  • I useally punch the ground or a brick wall to balance the mental pain with the physical. I'm pretty much depressed, frustated, sad and mad every day, mostly at the evening/night. I feel like all the pain you carry is mental so getting wounds, bleeding, breaking your knuckles will help to balance the pain which make atleast me feel better, and I guess for others too! :)
