I prefer to sit on the floor

It doesn't matter where I am or what I'm doing, I just prefer sitting on the floor. I can focus better and it helps me stay chill. Sitting in chairs makes me somewhat uncomfortable.

I always prefer to sit Indian style, or as the politically correct kindergarten teachers of today say, “criss-cross applesauce”. I sit like that regardless of whether I'm sitting on the floor, in a chair, or anywhere.

A lot of chair designs hurt my back because I am so tall so I can't lean back properly. So I see the appeal, but how is it better than a soft couch or something?
