I just don't like people! I prefer the calmness of my books and my PC--rather than the buzy noises of my city!
I prefer being alone, listening to jazz music--rather than being with (good) friends in a loud cafe.
Am I normal?
It's normal, I like quiet moments. But sometimes I just like to go outside and walk around the city with all those people around me. Then I go back to my place and enjoy the silence.
You certainly are normal! I don't like people either. In fact, I happily and willingly acknowledge that I am a misanthrope. I don't even understand the concept of loneliness because I don't like or need people.
Honestly, keeping yourself as a Quote on Quote "Lone Wolf" is bad for your mental state. Granted, reading is great! And I highly encourage it, you do need to open up to more then just people over the internet. I recommend finding friends that have common interests as you, for example, PC gaming, books, and literature. I do highly recommend healthy interaction with the outside world, though, for another example, going out to fairs, attractions(such as historical, education, or interactive.) and possibly theme parks. It may be a change in your normal behavior, but it's always good to give your life a little spice. Best Wishes, -Wicked
Quite time is always great! The reason why is becuase you do things the right way and be calm! My brother NEVER liked people! He was always shy! But I'm sure your not shy, your just a person who wants to be alone where there isn't a person in sight! AMEN! I DO IT ALL THE TIME!:) Peaceful life to you!
