First and foremost this entire scenario should and could of been avoided. Anal play can be lots of fun for both partners when done right. When done wrong it can be painful, unpleasent and down right dirty (in your unfortunate case). First of all if you feel like you might be in the mood for some back door play make sure that you have evacuated yourself or at least tried to an hour before the deed. If your really worried about running into this problem again you could always use an ennema or even eat a special diet to help clean things up a bit back there. (Honestly, if you ate Taco Bell for lunch, might be a good idea to skip the anal play in the evening). Also you could always try a toy before hand, if things are looking a little dirty or your starting to feel like you might have to go then you might want to avoid the back door.
