I play games everyday for hours?
Every single day I game for at least 4 hours but it can go up to 10 hours. Once I start gaming it can be hard to stop myself. I tend to neglect my health when I'm gaming.

Depends on your age, I'd say. I used to do the same when I was in my teens, but started spending less time on gaming as I got older. I'd probably guess that most people who are past their teen years or up tend to game less since they focus on other things as well, but of course I could be wrong.
Generally it would just depend on if you've got other stuff you gotta take care of or not. If there's nothing better / more important to do then it's probably fine, but if you have more important stuff that needs to be done, then I'd focus on getting that done before gaming.
Seems extremely excessive to me, almost as if it is forming into an addiction if it hasn't already. I think you definitely need to start using some self discipline to break yourself of this habit and focus more on your health and other priorities, and cut back on the gaming to a more healthy level. Slowly wean yourself off of it if you have to, but really stick to your guns about limiting your time on them and prioritizing more important things.
I have known people so addicted to gaming that they let it get in the way of having a job and other important responsibilities, their relationships with their family and friends (as well as their romantic partners if they had any, and none of their relationships lasted very long), etc. It's really important that you get this under control, as too much of anything is a bad thing and an obsession/addiction can greatly cost you.
