I picked up these habits

Dipping biscuits in coffee, having coffee or tea with a cigarette, drinking not but tawny port, playing whist or cockfighting on my mobile, getting out of the house, living a hectic lifestyle, living an ascetic life, and having a no-meat vegetarian diet of no wheat, no pasta, no rice, no corn, no spices except pepper (not chili) or mustard (as a paste, sauce or powder, and it might contain turmeric, I just don't eat spicy mustard except for the turmeric, pepper and mustard seeds), of grains, legumes/pulses, herbs, vegetables, coffee, tea, berries, dates, figs, honey, water, wine in moderation, rye bread, alkaline digestive enzymes, and foods and drinks made from all of the above, and no junk food, no lollies, no soft drinks etc.

These are some of the habits I have, and instead of dunking biscuits in coffee, I'll have coffee or tea with a cigarette and not eat biscuits.

99% of all this is based on my 20s when I had a healthy diet, impractical and found it very hard to be obsessed with eating herbs, that was my new obsession instead of spices.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Each to their own. My tastes/habits have changed as I've got older. Can't beat a beer and a ciggy!
