I wouldn't worry about it. It sounds just like a term of endearment to me and nothing suggesting you're less attractive than her. Besides, it's very unhealthy to base your self worth and confidence in yourself on what someone else might think of you.
It could also be that maybe Jane is insecure about her looks and Sara knows it and is trying to uplift her.
Either way, I agree with Rose that you shouldn't be snooping through people's phones and private conversations.
