  • You need to find someone to talk to who will understand what you feel and not judge you. Two or three times a month I get extremely depressed. Not bad enough to hurt myself, but it's still bad. However, ever since I met my best friend Jacob, I haven't been depressed, because he was always there to listen when I needed him. You just need someone to listen and care, and if it doesn't stop, seek professional help. However, from my experience, just talking helps a lot.
