It's too late for me to change my mind but why don't other moms tell you the truth before we get pregnant?!
You have obviously given this some thought whereas many 'youngsters' only think of having a baby - forgetting the little doll (that they think will sleep all the time and they can dress up) grows up into real adult people.
The day after I gave birth, a midwife came into my room and said' "Welcome to the guilt trip!" I didn't understand, so she explained that every day from now in, everything is my fault! I would blame myself for every decision I make when he is a baby and when he can talk, he will blame me! 100% True!
Boy, will I be glad when he moves out and I get my life back ;o)
I love him to bits though.
