The idea disgust me and I really question women who do. Why would any one put themselves though such slavery and agony. I hate old fashioned people who push their believes in everyone's face. I would never be friends with old fashioned people. I especially hate old fashioned nice guys who feel you owe them something their usually fat and ugly dos any one else feel this way.

    Salut. My fiancee and I are with you 100% on the nope to having kids. Maybe it's a rewarding experience for people with the drive to raise spawn, but it's a big nope for us.

    Old fashioned guys would tell you to shut up, cook dinner, put the kids to bed and bring him a damn beer.

    You're obviously young if you think nice guys are old fashioned.

    Oh and no you can't work. Wtf would the neighbors think. Now go and clean the house, I'm having the guys over for poker so fix us some snacks while you're at it.

    I saw this and was about to be like "Yeah! It's normal! I don't want kids either!" And then I read it... You realize that someone had to decide to be a mother for you to even be born right? It's not necessarily old fashioned to want kids. It's not bad to not want kids, as I don't want them either. Your attitude about it though is definitely not what I would call "normal".

    If you've had or seen some sort of bad experience to discourage you from having children and marrying, then it's normal to become cynical.

    I myself have cynical views on marriage, and although there are factual reasons for it, I will admit that I mainly reacted in a slightly paranoid way to protect myself.

    I didn't vote because I don't know your situation.
