I never remember how to spell certain words?

There are certain words that I CANNOT remember how to spell. The two worst are "occurring" and "Occasion." Almost every time I have to write or type them, I have to utilize autocorrect. What is wrong with me? Is this a normal thing to experience?

    Yeah. I had a problem with "maggot" for the longest time.

    Yea its normal, I get it a lot though, probably becauase im a bit dyslexic, but im pretty sure everyone has troublb spelling certain words

    Words with double letters (like the two you mentioned with two C's) always trip me up cause I remember there's a double letter in there but I forget WHICH letter is doubled.
