The best thing to do is just talk to girls, ones that you wouldn't be attracted to normally. I'm not suggesting you ask them out, just talk, I was as shy as a new born colt when I was younger despite having my first sexual experience aged 12. Just be natural, don't push things or try to hard and get some funny stories, self deprecating ones can be ice breakers.
