You need to build self confidence. How you do it is something you'll have to figure out. Plenty of articles on the web about what to try, so there's no point in me writing a book here. Self confidence is what you lack. But you can have it if you work at it. Buying a massage? Yeah, that's a good start. You need to learn to relax and go with the flow.
