  • Lack of dream recall is normal, if you want to improve it set an alarm when you think you'll be in the deepest sleep ( depending on your sleep schedule ) and keep a notepad near you, chances are you'll remember a dream when you wake, write it down and think of it the next time you go to sleep and your recall should improve, you might even be waking up in the night remembering a dream then going back to sleep and forgetting it in the morning.

    Once you remember one of your dreams recall often improves for a period afterwards

    • A typical night for me is from 11 pm to 6 am, so I think my deepest sleep should be at 6? when my alarm clock goes. Still its only blackness
