  • I found quitting cigs cold turkey was the best way, as it didn't prolong the addiction. It was tough but it only had to be tough for about a week, and after that it only bothered me in very specific situations that I could avoid and manage. Maybe this would work for vaping too?

    Also I found going for a run every time I was craving badly really helped. And yes, I even did this at night.

    • Could turkey would be easy if I could avoid those very specific situations. Specifically being awake.
