I need help on how to tell my parents im gay

If they're paying for your college and you're aren't financially independent, don't tell them now. Tell after you've finished college (back up plan) and are financially independent. Until then, you can try gauging where they stand on the issue by casually asking them about things that pertain to homosexuality and see how they react. Don't obsessively ask them this topic or act too emotionally involved, otherwise you'll come off as suspicious.

More parents are accepting now a days i would just tell them when you're ready. If your mom is the more easy going person and non judgmental i'd tell her first and maybe you guys can come up with a way to tell your father.
Even if they do get upset, at the end of the day they're your parents and will always love you. I would still love my kids if they were gay. As long as their bf / gf treats them well that's all i would care about.

I always think the most elegant way to just live your life as if it was no big deal and have them figure it out for themselves. Sadly, we all get shy to do things as if we didn't care what people think and then we have nervous conversations.

Buy them a big cake with icing that reads 'I'M GAY. DEAL WITH IT'.
