    • What I'm doing is gaining weight sherlock. I also have a fast metabolism and a lot of muscle mass, yes party due to substance use.

        • I can wipe my ass I assure you. It's just easier from the front or standing up. Small price to pay for being big and strong imo.

          And a PT would advocate a bulking diet like mine if a client had a fast metabolism and wanted to gain weight at a rapid rate. It's a rare goal for someone to have, but if that's the clients goal, that is what their trainer would recommend.
