      I actually do sometimes feel kinda dirty after masturbating to a large amount of porn. I'm a girl.

    I masturbate frequenly though most times after I do I feel ashamed and guilty like it's a sinful habat and wonder to myself "Why do I have such a strong urge to just touch myself in such a sexual/sensational way?" I have tried to stop sometimes like as if I am strong enough to control my urge the next time I do masturbate, but most of the time I just end up masturbating to release...something from a long day or when i'm stressed for whatever reason.

    To produce sperm daily needs energy it takes from ur body if u do daily u feel tired, sleepy, inactive whole day. If u have any of these problems stop it. Or u may experience such a problems after one year also. So stop as soon as possible

    well, it is common but NOT normal. you loose so much of life`s fun by doing that. your psychology will change: it will make you less energetic and instead of being pushed by the sexual desire to search for a a life partner, you end up just flushing this desire.
    it some times help you to stop by not filling your stomach when you eat, fill just half of it or at most 2/3 of it.take that from an expert ;)

      Its normal...check books by Masters and Johnson or Dr. Ruth. Even the AMA and its British equivalent say masturbation is a healthy normal act. It has been known for a long time that primates masturbate and recently have found other mammals also do it for just the pleasure of it, i.e. dolphins.

      So if I understand Notanymore correctly... if I'm hungry or at least not full then I won't be horny anymore?
