I'm an 18 year old male. I masturbate daily. It's so rejuvenating. It's almost addictive. 90+% of the time I'll do it before bedtime. And I'll usually do it near morning time as well. Is it normal?

    really common. So long as it's not interfering with your life there's no problem. Although excessive masturbation CAN lead to erectile dysfunction and ejaculation problems in the future.

      Excessive masturbation has no known negative physical effects. It can be bad for yor psyche, though.

        I dunno I've seen like 500 people on this website say that excessive masturbation has affected their sex lives. I will admit though that these are all anecdotal evidence and nothing scientifically proven has been shown to me yet.
