I have insane thoughts right in front of people as I'm talking to them. Sometimes I get scared they can see them especially my boss who is on the board of supervisors in our county. I feel he is incredibly naive for hiring a crazy person.
They can't see your thoughts any more than you can see theirs.
If you believe you can read their minds, you're deluded.
If you find your thoughts disturbing, you should consider seeking professional help.

There's something to stop it though. You know those caps with the little propellers on them? Wrap tinfoil tightly around the propellers, make sure the propellers (and just them) are properly attached and put it on. Spin it regularly and it will repel the mind readers.
Trust me. I've read proof on this working and ever since I've had no feelings of people reading my mind, nor am I able to read other people's minds while wearing this and spinning the propellers.
I've tested this on my mother and while she was wearing the cap and spinning the propellers I couldn't read her mind either.
ok, I can actually relate to this, because in my teen year's, I alway's thought people could read/see my thoughts. My little sister has that issue too, but I don't really know it it's normal.
Can't nobody read yo thoughts. Maybe you got some bad thoughts that you know you ought not to be having, and your conscience is getting to you. Then again, maybe you are just bat shit crazy?
