  • this is so like me its scary, i think its a fairly common thing caused by anxiety or frustration. the way i deal with it is when i get angry i try to chill myself out and think of good things, doesnt always work though im sure you know how hard it is to break from a bad mood. the 3rd one you said about being nervous and in another world i find so hard to get away from, you just have to sit it out. i dont think we have any kind of mental dissorder although some may say bipolar or schizophrenia..just be who you want to be :)
