We were told to use the conclusive grenades against swimmers since when they detonate it would collapse the swimmers lungs and organs because of the compression wave which is amplified because they are a water filledbody swimming in water.

Yes I would. Because the logic of the second amendment is far greater than my and my families petty lifes by comparison.

Interesting you claim to know the "logic" of the 2nd Amenment, but you don't understand the INTENT of the 2nd Amendment.
