  • I recently lost 65 pounds, it was not easy. When I started my diet I was consuming only 700-1000 calories a day. My progress was nonexistent. I adjusted my calorie intake to 1400-1600 a day and started shedding weight rapidly. Starving yourself only slows your metabolism and stores energy in your fat, making weight loss harder then it already is. Make good food choice and take a walk around the block everyday. You will be flabbergasted with the results. Good luck and eat some damn food!
