I'm starving myself

I'm starving myself, I'm sick of being fat so I just not eating. Everyone else seems to be able to do it, but I've only been five days without food, and my stupid, fat, worthless brain just keeps asking for food.
Any food.

    Don't starve yourself. If you stop eating you will get weak and it could cause your stomach to knot up. Plus your body will start storing up nutrients which will cause more weight gain. Best thing to do is to eat veggies and fruit and some proteins like an egg or grill or boiled chicken. Also find something to keep busy like a hobby to keep your mind off constantly eating. If you like sports or just playing in a pool that would help. Walk around your neighborhood. It also helps trying on clothes at stores even if you don't buy any. Oh and don't forget to add fiber to your diet CAUSE that helps to feel full.

    Starving yourself is a really stupid thing to do. Eat healthy food and workout. THAT is a healthy way to lose weight.

    As a former fat chick I can tell you right now that starving yourself fucks up your metabolism, may cause weight gain, and makes it almost impossible to lose weight.

    This is the worst way to lose weight you could possibly choose. As another poster stated, your body will think it's starving.

    The only way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism to a point where you burn more calories than you take in each day.

    It also helps to eat smaller more frequent meals and snacks so your body won't store food as fat.

    Been there done that starving doesn't work. What does work is eating natural foods like whole grains lean meat fish vegetables fruits and staying away from any processed food. Processed food is toxic and usually contains about a paragraph worth of chemicals that are created in a laboratory in your body is not meant to eat that kind of garbage. Eat natural foods that a 150 pound person would eat and you'll become a 150 pound person over time. You are what you eat and if you eat garbage you'll become garbage and if you starve yourself you'll become sick.WeightLoss takes time and starving is a waste of time and will just wreck your body

    I'm fat tooooo. I thought of doing so but you'll get sick it's not worth it. Honestly i turned vegetarian and nothings working for me either but ive signed up to go to the gym and you should do so too. Please dont do that, youll become sick and just research some easy exercises and look up healthy diets on the internet and youll feel better about yourself :) pls dont starve urself

    I've struggled with a monster of an eating disorder. It takes over rational thought, and the longer i go without eating the more I do feed into the negative voice telling me I'm fat. I've started therapy, and I can tell you, it's hard at first but it does get better. There's light at the end of the tunnel.

    Don't do it. Starving yourself shortens your life span by a significant amount. It also makes you not think clearly. Nobody is healthy by not eating. You need food to lose weight.

    I recently lost 65 pounds, it was not easy. When I started my diet I was consuming only 700-1000 calories a day. My progress was nonexistent. I adjusted my calorie intake to 1400-1600 a day and started shedding weight rapidly. Starving yourself only slows your metabolism and stores energy in your fat, making weight loss harder then it already is. Make good food choice and take a walk around the block everyday. You will be flabbergasted with the results. Good luck and eat some damn food!
