I'm starving myself

I'm starving myself, I'm sick of being fat so I just not eating. Everyone else seems to be able to do it, but I've only been five days without food, and my stupid, fat, worthless brain just keeps asking for food.

    As a former fat chick I can tell you right now that starving yourself fucks up your metabolism, may cause weight gain, and makes it almost impossible to lose weight.

    - DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.. eat a healthy diet starving is extremly dangerous it can damage your body

    - NOT EVERYONE IS ABLE TO DO IT.. i never experienced it myself .. but when i fast i feel like im dying for food.. it's normal not to be able to do it.

    - 5 DAYS WITHOUT FOOD that's VERY BAD NOOOO THAT'S NOT WHAT LOSING WEIGHT IS.. of course youll be starving.

    you have to change this absurd diet.

    NEVER GIVE UP you can do this .. my sister was overweight , she used to eat a whole lot unlike any normal human being.
    she started parcticing zumba and you wont imangine the result.

    she was only in 5th grade and her weifht was 51kg.. in 7th grade she baecame 41kg (which was bad for her health she became underweight).

    Keep looking at people who succeeded in losing their weight .. youll feel kinda motivated.

    As someone who at one point hated them self because of their weight I'm going to tell you that starving yourself IS NOT the way to lose weight. If you're unhappy with your weight, exercize, starving yourself isn't going to do anything but cause some bloating. Eat healthy, eat a healthy breakfast (gets metabolism running) and exercise.

    Doing Exercise or Playing Sports is better to lose more weight than to starve yourself when you could risk yourself of still starving yourself to death later on.

    when you deprive your body of food for an extended period of time, your body slows down metabolism in an attempt to conserve energy. so when you do start eating normally again, you'll end up gaining more wait than before

    don't try to starve youself, the outcome is going to be counter-productive anyway

    As someone who used to suffer on and off from anorexia, trust me when I say you don't want to do this. It's not worth the risks to your physical, emotional, and mental health. Once you get in that line of thinking, it's very hard to get out of it. They're healthy ways to lose weight.
