    Or you could just break up with her, if she is screwing around with other guys, seems like a sufficient reason to end a relationship.

    I'm pretty sure your story isn't similar to Odysseus and calypsos and you're not being held against your will in her apartment to watch tv, while she becomes a bald whale. Trust is earned, respect is given.
