I'm so damn scared of blackouts, is it normal?

Not because the lights go out and I can't see anything. Even in the morning, when there's a blackout, I just feel anxious and scared, I dunno, I expect something to happen, an earthquake or a ghost to appear, maybe it's because of a movie I saw as a child?
