I understood what your saying. I'm 48 and my Girlfriend died 2 yrs ago and I have no motivation to date or even try and go out and meet new people. I have been asked out like you,but I feel WORTHLESS, and I can't Love someone else if I don't love myself because it's not fair to them. When I was in High School I was very Shy and full of self Hate and girls noticed that and stayed away. After my girlfriend died I truly gave up and I'm content with being Alone the rest of my Life. I hope you find HAPPINESS.😄😄
