  • The cultures. You know there's very old wine out there that has been aged lovingly in a barrel that's in a wine seller.

    What about cheese and yogurt? Both are aged. Fermented. What about your precious bread? I used to make delicious bread so, I know what I am talking about. You need yeast cultures and they must be activated so that the bread that rise.
