No it is not at all normal to dislike the normal Nordic look, if you are particularly ugly then maybe. It is normal to "be jealous of" someone due to their looks, but is not acceptable or something that people who actually care about important things i.e. are not immoral/shallow fuckheads will do, because they would not be so ridiculously shallow and morally problematic as to care what they or someone else does or does not look like.
How can a 7 or 8 dislike themselves at all? You are literally above average, if you were a 3 or 4 you'd be miserable. I'd love to be as close to a 10 as you. As for the jealousy thing, with time you'll hopefully outgrow it.
I've always wanted the type of easy hair I've seen most white people have and I'm still trying to accept that it's not to be. I'll grow to love my own eventually just like you've gotta love yourself OP. Flaws and all.

No, I'm not ugly, I'm a 7 or 8, nothing special but above average, I simply dislike my kind of beauty. I find it bland, that's it.
