Nope. I've met lots of people of the races listed, just because you're a sheltered white kid that doesn't understand racism since he only hangs out with white kids and upper class people doesn't mean that there's nothing wrong with the majority of a race.
I grew up with people from various parts of the world (not upper class btw). A quarter of my countries inhabitants are foreigners. In my experience they're all just people. Some of them are awesome, some of them are assholes.
Sure, countries are different. I know in America minorities often strongly identify with a certain brand of culture. However, even if you hate "black culture" that's still no reason to hate all black Americans. That's prejudice. It leads to a world view in which all black jerks are "the rule" and nice black people are "the exception". So then nothing can ever change your mind.
If you found out one of your best friend was actually a jew. What would that mean to you?

I am curious as to what is defined as 'black culture'. What is white culture? Whites have all sorts of cultures, and I think blacks do, as well. I think that, in some way people in the USA think the ghetto speaks for all black, while it only speaks for a small segment of them. People think they don't like blacks because ghetto culture is abhorrent to them. THere is no one Hispanic culture, no one Asian culture and no Black culture - at least, in my opinion.
It's like you said, the bad people of those races ARE the rule (speaking from experience) while the good ones are an exception. I'm sure I've had blacks/Jews as friends before, but like I said I just dislike them generally not specific people.
I'm "racist" but have no problem with Hispanics and middle easterners
