That's what I was thinking, to my understanding a lot of men are uncomfortable about hurting them or just feel that a child right there makes it awkward.
....I remember some comedian did a little routine about having sex with his pregnant wife and the kid did some mummy face shit across her stomach. He's like "Honey, I can't do this anymore!"

"The baby's enjoying it too!"
