Studies do claim that women mature at a faster rate than men. So it makes sense that if a woman is mature then she would want a man of equal or greater maturity. Greater gaps are more acceptable at older ages. Though, 10 years is a bit excessive. And a 14 year old dating a 24 year old just screams "daddy issues" to me.
