I think, it is important to be realistic, but don't cut her out of your life as soon as both finish school. Do you know how she feels about your friendship together? Perhaps she still thinks you can remain close friends? My best friend and I have been friends for 14 years now and even though we are both in very different places now, we are closer than ever. If she does change ( or you change ) then, yes it is time to move on. But, if you are both willing to put in the effort, don't dismiss it :)
I'm okay knowing I won't be friends with them later on
