  • Or might be sleep apnea. That can have disastrous effect on the benefits you get from sleeping. 10 hours of sleep might get you an equivalent of like 3 to 4 hours. You can have that examined clinically but vaguely remember there exists an app for a smartphone that can give you an indication (monitors sound / breathing pattern while you sleep) That stuff can fuck you up seriously, which would explain perhaps the lack of concentration, the shorttemperedness, and so on. Factors that might increase likely hood include body type or mass, face characteristics or race, perhaps having had a rather hefty accident where you got hit in the face like epic crashing and faceplant with your bike when you were young. Alcohol can also be an element.

    Might be worth investigating. Is easy to do and would fit the bill.
