I'm not different at all but i still make a difference

I've done something different but I'm not different at all. I love bomb my mother who secretly thinks I'm a narcissist, not as good as it sounds, I'm not a narcissist, but a megalomaniac.

I've noticed I'm regularly successful and nobody believes me. I succeeded in magically doing a lot from what's lacking, that is I'm perfectly identical, wow, what a difference, considering that I'm the only one with the balls to do something different, wear different clothes, do you see the not different thing is all a game? I'm an individual because I'm a conservative liberal, that means if I'm moral it makes a difference.

People think I'm not magical that I can't do these things, it's intangible, I do things no one in the entire multiverse ever saw me do.

My reactions to you, my arguments, are all because I have personal beliefs of social and moral issues, it's all because I'm an optimist, so do what I say, believe I'm only happy because my beliefs said so, believe I'm doing good exactly all the time because my morals said so, believe I'm not autistic because my neurotypical beliefs said so, it's not different but it's still making a difference.
