  • In some ways it's good that you want to pay attention to convention but the truth is that the people who are trying to get rid of your normalcy are probably people who love you and it hurts them to see you completely losing yourself in a never-ending attempt to figure out what's normal, which is actually the most abnormal thing about you, the constant chameleon act.

You need to stop constantly changing your religion, diet, political views, wardrobe, philosophy, etc. to please other people.

Figure out who /you/ really are and what you really think and feel. Almost no matter what you decide it will be more normal than being a chameleon. Then if people accept you, they're accepting the real you, and if they don't, then screw them. No one is accepted by most people. It's rare to even be accepted by half of the people. That's normal.

    • Yes I see, but I made a new year's resolution to never change so change isn't likely. I'm staying the same as David Irving, a friend I know, and the wino by the bus stop, I don't want anyone to try to change me back to abnormal, I went back to my normalcy for a reason and was looking for a better life as a normal person. :)
