  • I used to do that when I was stressed, depressed, or too busy to be bothered. I went almost 3 weeks without a full meal at some point. I haven't done that for about six months but my stomach and overall health have never been the same again. Please take care of yourself or maybe get some kind of support to improve your relationship with food.. Your life/body is the most important thing you have uwu
