I'm jealous of my boyfriends mom?! is this normal? please help!!

It's normal in that you feel that since you are so close to him you feel that YOU should be the one that has a deeper connection with him rather than his mother, and it's possible that this guy has never cut the umbilical cord with his mother, so to speak, so you feel jealous in knowing that there is someone else that he is possibly closer to.

It's good that you are asking it, but now you have to accept the fact that this is his mother, she gave birth and raised him, there is ALWAYS going to be a connection with him and his mom that you can't match, but it doesn't mean you are any less important, it just means its a completely different type of relationship. If you can wrap your head around that and understand it, then you'll be fine.

If you know for a fact that his mom is working against your relationship and/or she's unfriendly toward you, then it's normal. If not, and you're jealous of motherly affection then it's not and it's unhealthy for you as a person and for your relationship.

I used to feel the same way about my boyfriends mom, but then as I thought about it some more I realized that I should be happy that he has another person who cares about him as much as I do. I hope you've learned to feel the same way :)

The next time he dose something that pisses you off, spank him like mommy did and take that away from her, He just may love it and want you to have more control....?
