Hey man....true love is the hardest thing to find, so if you do find it, even if it is a soon to be step sister, i'd suggest you go for it. Well thats the ideal thing for me to say. Realisticly, that won't go anywhere near smooth sailing and if you do express the feelings of love and romance to her there is a high chance that she will either think your weird, sick, and a perv or she could feel the same way.
