Yes, and she made little question of it. Before we hit the side road home, we were chatting about this and that, and her sinewy, nail-polished left hand found it's way to my shoulder, then, briefly, leg. That's when my brain said..Uh-oh..I'm going to do this..I'm taking her and that's that.
Told her a playful, sneaky-sounding "Ha-ley" when her hand was on me, as if to say, I'm not uninterested and get your message, but we can't do this. Sister will kill me. It is true, though. From early on, I always thought that girl would become a gorgeous woman, and she has. Of all of my niece's friends, other than one who was always "the beautiful one", and still is, I had Haley pegged for hotness in time. Had my eyes on her for a long time.
As time goes on, I'm thinking more along the lines of "Why not?", as she doesn't see my niece or sister (the girls are now in college or working, so, have basically gone their separate ways) often if at all, is of drinking age, and hotter than ever. I can go for her and no one would know.
