Talk to her about love first, you know see how she views if, see if she likes someone, then be upfront about it, say something like "I don't want to ruin our friendship" then she would be curious and ask you what was wrong then tell her "I really like you" (don't scare her by saying love yet) and if she say i only want to be friends then theres your answer, and its going to hurt if she does say that but at lease she is still in your life, and if she smiles and say "I like you too" and she dont mean it to just be nice then smile back and take your time to build up your new level of relationship. Don't be so worried and stressed about it, be confident and know what you believe in.
