      I'll share some resources tho I would still like to chat.

      I'm going to assume porn is involved, but even if you're one of the rare few who haven't gotten hooked, the exact same brain chemistry is taking effect. To your instincts, porn and real sex are the exact same thing. Porn really messes up your sexual expectations (sexpectations?) and it can take years to get back to... factory settings.

      Don't have Facebook.

      Try reddit, accounts don't even need email address, it's absolutely anonymous. Just a username and a password. Send something to u/ImAnOvenmittPuppet. It's the only idea I have besides email
