    Yeah my comments to Flixr are not recent, and I have since realized that he is probably just faking the whole thing. When people talk like this, I tend to take it seriously because I had a good friend commit suicide.

      sorry about your friend. what a tragic thing to happen. was your friend depressed?

        Yeah he had problems with depression his whole life, and he started taking drugs and alcohol to fight his depression and it made it worse and he eventually killed himself. Suicide is a very sad thing it is the survivors that suffer the most (family, friends, co-workers) this kind of thing is definitely nothing to joke about.

          yes it is so obvious that drugs and alcohol do not fight depression, they just very temporarily stave it off and then make it much much worse.

          did your friend have a wife and kids?

            No he didn't...Thank God! He did have a mom and dad and brother and two sisters and the whole thing took quite a toll on their family. He never really told anybody what his planned to kill himself, he just did it. They had to have a closed casket at his funeral because of obvious reasons and the whole thing was quite traumatic. I really prefer not to discuss it anymore it brings back bad memories.
