Everyone makes choices, the choice to be an asshole stems from something greater than just to be an asshole - there are always underlining reasons. You never know what happens in someones day -
I used to work at a fast food place and because we didnt have a type of muffin that someone wanted, they threw their garbage at me in the drive thru window- now, there is no way in hell that it was simply due to the muffin. THe next day that same man came in and applogized to me, his mother had passed away that day and he wanst himself. This taught me that you just never know and you cant put a label on people for a single act ......
They will learn their lessons, as we all will. We all have bad days, it makes sense to allow people to have theirs too.
