  • Focus on being healthy. If you don't like exercising, just incorporate fitness into your lifestyle, e.g. ditch the car and ride a bicycle instead. Ever you ever heard of saying, "Don't lie if you can sit, don't sit if you can stand, don't stand if you can walk, don't walk if you can run?" My best possible tip is: get a job where you are on your feet all the time. Have you ever seen a fat bicycle courier or landscape architect? This really works. Also, slowly taper from high fat/salt/sugar foods to low. Then you won't notice it. For example, buy full fat and skim milk and mix up a 90%:10% full:skim ratio and drink that for a week. Then cut down to 80%:20% the next week, etc. After 10 weeks, you won't even notice that you now drink skim milk. (Actually, I recommend low fat soy milk instead. VitaSoy is a tasty brand.)
    Slim people look better, live longer, are treated better, get employed more often etc. F$%k the "Fat Acceptance Movement". It keeps fat people down. Is there a "Stupidity Acceptance Movement"? No, because we know better than to encourage people who are stupid.
    There is a beautiful slim woman inside of you waiting to get out. I know you can do it. Don't be impatient. Successful weight loss is slow and steady. I lost 2 stone when I was 21 and I've kept it off for 25 years by following my own advice.
